I've been in the nail industry since 1999, and while the journey hasn't always been easy, it's shaped who I am today.
Life brought its challenges — from personal struggles to navigating motherhood and mental health — but through it all,
I found my inner strength and my purpose.
Creating beauty, building lasting client connections, and empowering others in this industry is what lights me up.
My children have become my greatest motivation, inspiring me to grow both personally and professionally every single day.
This isn’t just a career — it’s a calling.
And I’m so grateful to live it with passion, purpose, and love.
With over two decades of experience as both a nail technician and salon owner,
I’ve come to deeply value not just the artistry of nails,
but the community and connection that comes with it.
My goal is to create a space where nail artists can grow,
express their creativity, and feel truly supported —
a workplace rooted in positivity, professionalism, and purpose.
I also envision VAMP as a place where clients feel at home —
whether they need a moment to vent, celebrate something joyful, or simply relax while getting pampered,
all while maintaining mani, pedi hygiene upkeep.
To me, VAMP isn’t just a name —
it’s a reminder that we all have the power to
revamp and reinvent ourselves into something stronger,
more confident, and beautifully renewed.

1990s – The Classic French Era
In the ‘90s, French nails reigned supreme for brides. A timeless square shape, soft pink base, and crisp white tips were the standard. For a hint of glam, a thin glitter line was sometimes added — subtle, elegant, and bridal perfection.
2000s – Minimalism & Airbrush
The early 2000s saw a shift toward clean, minimalist styles with an emphasis on airbrushed designs and soft, pearly sheens. Brides often matched their nails to their gowns — think ivory tones and shimmer finishes.
Japanese and Korean Nail Art
Modern bridal nails are being heavily influenced by Japanese and Korean nail artistry, known for its delicacy, precision, and artistic storytelling. These designs often feature milky jelly finishes, miniature flowers, 3D charm pieces, and layered textures — creating looks that are romantic, playful, and couture-level stunning.
For brides looking for something refined yet unique, this global style offers a perfect balance of whimsy and elegance, all while staying soft and feminine.
2010s – Art, Accents & Bling
With the rise of Pinterest and Instagram, nail art exploded. Brides began embracing rhinestones, intricate lace detailing, ombré French fades, and accent nails. Shapes like almond and coffin became the new standard. Personalization became essential.
These bling sets were done on an Artist name Cardi B., by my friend the Queen of Bling Jenny Bui.
2020s – Modern Romance & Global Influence
Today’s bridal nails are all about intentional beauty — structured shapes, soft neutrals, and small, luxurious details like pearls, metallics, chrome, and 3D art. Brides are choosing nails that feel personal, elevated, and worthy of the moment.

Chrome nails surged in popularity thanks to trendsetting celebrities and influencers — most notably the “Hailey Bieber glazed donut nails” that took over social media, inspiring a wave of soft, glossy, light-reflecting finishes.
